Low-calorie vegetable puree: 1 zucchini, 1 leek, 4 carrots, 2 potatoes and a bunch of spinach.

Vegetable cream for diet: 1 small potato, 4 green asparagus, 1 large leek, 3 carrots, 1 red pepper.

Light cream of vegetables for diet: leaves of green endive, 1 potato, celery branches, branches of parsley.

Cream of pumpkin and broccoli: 2 leeks, 2 potatoes, 1 bouquet of broccoli, 2 carrots, 1 zucchini, 400 grams of pumpkin, 1 spring onion.

All should be seasoned to taste but not exceeded.
